Maybe a negotiating tactic? You never know, but does it really even matter in the grand scheme of things? They are clearly still in the process of an SPA to ExxonMobil. Anything other then the deal is done would have been met with disappointment. Yesterday's sell-off was an over reaction. Absolutely nothing has changed except further exploration was announced.
I still put in on Wayne Andrews and the company to get out there and spread the IOC story. Prospects are great and the stock still trades at what it did 4 years ago. I think he is not doing his job well getting the word out to the bog boys.
