 How does one define a Confidentiaality Agreement.?? Three persons at IOC know all. Wayne Andrews is not one of them.So if WA who is a VP in charge of WS doesn't know you think the shorts know?????Odds less than zero they know. The point here is to drive a stock price down we need sellers. If they can't borrow more shares to short them the number of sellers drops.The teeter totter swings to an upswing. Called supply and demand. The supply is dropping. At this price demand should be rising. |
