A clever game. On Tuesday Hession confirms exclusivity in answer to a question about it based on the lack of "exclusivity" in IOC's quarterly info. And that exclusivity ends 2 days later? The "industry source" (could be the janitor from DPE) knows XOM will not comment and IOC must scramble to get permission from XOM to comment. Clever game.

The 'industry source', is incorrect  -or- we get SPA announcement for 4.6Ts which were the focus of the exclusivity on Monday.
