The stock is pricing in a failure with Exxon, which seems rather premature to me, given what both parties have said and how much scope there is for both parties to arrive at a profitable deal for both.
Even if these talks would break down, the quality and quantity of E/A is enough to entice others, it's the best gas find in Asia the last couple of decades..
This could be one of those cases where it's most dark just before dawn..
