The absolute best thing we have going for us (at least seemingly so) is Hession. This guy has been on the other end of this type of deal and knows the industry better then anyone else that is or has been on IOC's management team, and better then any of the IBankers involved. He has insight into this.
That being said he is playing the hand that he was dealt prior to him coming on board. Perhaps he had some insight and/or input into the deal while being recruited. Will only know after the fact.
