IOC has 3 investment bankers that have seen everything in their years err decades of doing this. They have a plan which includes, stock split, possible dividend, listing on the Singapore all discussed on earning calls by Collin Visagio. Further two large longs loan shares and will be asked to call back their loan shares their call of course upon a deal. All of the above is timed upon deal announcement . Thus the confidence WA expressed to TA. The new wrinkle of a mini stock split to find shares would only be a plus if IOC chose to not issue a regular sizable dividend which is not likely soon.
"Will be asked to call back their shares..." Am I the only one tht says WHAT THE HELL IS THAT BS. When part of our problem is fellow stock owners screwing us all I find this to be an issue. And for IOC to ask them...the should tell them that ZIS what IOC wants and publically let others know who it is so pressure can be placed upon them. Some of these bigs are not part of the solution they are part of the problem...
