Odd that the author, whom I believe we know as different, gone missing, poster failed to mention that IOC was FID ready in Dec. 2011 and if Somare hadn't nearly died which tee'd off a Constitutional crisis in PNG we would be winding down construction and delivering LNG in 2014.
