Jake, I made many notes and one was the extreme calm and confidence of the team. On Thursday evening we asked Collin about the IBs and management roles. He clearly stated they each had their roles and they are working very well as a team. Watching them interact during the AGM and afterward was very interesting. When we were looking at seismics with Pet in his element, Phil, Wayne and Collin were present and when asked a question Coliin quickly deferred to Phil and Wayne and said, "These guys are the ones to ask. I've been in this industry for 30 years and I understand numbers and finance; a little about this. This is their specialty". Sensed absolutely no tension. They are a very good and confident team.
