The Wood Mackenzie report brings to mind the question why some utility wouldn't offer buy out a major portion of IOC Ts, knowing that it could be had easily for a few bucks a thousand mcf so long as a tolling arrangement with PNG LNG could be obtained. If I were to guess, the part of the energy supply equation that is most likely to get cheaper is building plants. More companies are more familiar with the technology and modularization, shipboard and landbased, is coming over the horizon. (Rising Sun?)
