Great announcement from NQ today. Shazam is a song recognition app. It listens to music via the microphone on your smartphone and tells you the song. Shazam has been in business since 1999 and is doing 10 million searches/day for songs. Shazam is targeting a $1 billion IPO soon. NQ launched Music Radar in China JUST 4 WEEKS AGO. Already doing 3 million searches/day and announced partnerships with 2 of the largest music services in China (similar to Pandora). NQ's Music Radar will soon be the biggest in the world in this segment.
