Yes, I'm aware of that, but these brick like cells can act as mini generators independent from the grid, which would extent the use of NG when these cells begin to get commercialized (similar to solar cells, although these don't require NG, needless to say). It's an interesting concept, especially where the grid becomes unreliable due to insufficient investment, for instance.
