That says, after interviewing a number of hedge funds, the rumor is that NQ invited a bunch of hedge funds that they have good relationships with as well as personal friends with capital to boost their stock prices prior to doing their bond offering. Now they are adding short positions to drive their stock prices back down.
IE Drive the stock up, but not buying enough to having to disclose your position. Then dumping it all at opportune times driving the stock down like crazy. Repurchase at bottom. -_-
