IOC is still a show me stock. Until they show what they are doing there will be no upgrades yet.
Pavels estimated value of 100 is based on fid of ioc's proven portfolio with a sd price of 1$. If ioc is only going to sell 4.7 t's of the resource rather them the whole 9ts or so, I will be interested to see how that will impact his valuation. Will he value it at only the fid amount or by the entire nav based on the sd price. Obviously depending on the percent ownership ioc retains, a dcf analysis will better help determine price.
Bottom line is...show me the deal and I can give you a better estimate.
