DONE. I hope you all understand this. I see some messages indicating other wise. You don't say you will make an announcement with a dead line unless it's finished. Other wise the other party has a strong advantage in their position. No, all that is being done is formalizing the paper work. Now what is the deal? I don't know but I can speculate. It will be a monster. Why? Because if this was just about price per MCF or how much LNG, this would have been done months ago. No it will be IMHO a very robust deal creating billions of $$$ in revenues for IOC. I will not go over the particulars because those reasons have been presented by many and if you have not bothered to listen or done your own D&D you don't deserve to prosper.
