2014 Budget passed; includes "selling landowner interest in PNG LNG"

My gut is that this is a mistake by EMTV; possibly a reporter hearing that LNG will start being sold from PNG LNG and that some mention was made of the landowner portion and the reporter wrote, but didn't think. Would be no surprise if this is the case; reporters are always quick to get the scoop and be the first to report "something". Seen that a few times.
