I agree here with ltinvest. It is my belief there are several elements related to the PSA that have yet to be completed and there remain plenty of catalysts for a significant price appreciation throughout next year. I wish I could say I knew of plenty of places that I could with more certainty invest money more effectively the next couple of years than IOC, but I really can't.
As for dividends, I can only dream of having to pay a 50% tax rate :-). A nice dividend following certification from the Grinch would be a terrific holiday treat next year.
