In my take there is no benefit for IOC or Total to sell any additional stake of the project at this time. Total has their gas and IOC has their money to drill and do what they do best. Perhaps once drilling begins and the wells are further delineated they will sell additional interest. At that point they can get more money as well. I see that is why the clause was put their.

It makes zero sense for this to be done at this time.

Now if the IPI interest in converted to unrestricted shares then they could sell them as a large block to an interested party. Shell comes to mind.
