I hadn't seen this posted here and no search turns up the name of David J. Kirk. He is now listed as a member of Management:

David Kirk has more than 30 years’ experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. Mr. Kirk oversees InterOil’s exploration and appraisal operations, asset development, and production readiness.
Before joining InterOil, Mr. Kirk was CEO of AWT, an upstream engineering and geosciences consultancy. He earlier held development management positions in Australia, West Africa, and North Africa with Woodside Petroleum, with responsibility for field development, project execution, and operational phases of asset management. He worked with BP as a petroleum engineer, and for several major North Sea operators, primarily on well design and production operations. He also had experience working with Bechtel in LNG construction.
Mr. Kirk holds a Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering from Queens University, Belfast and a Master’s of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Imperial College of Science and Technology"
Part of the "Scaling up". Hope that doesn't mean bad things for David Holland, but have heard there is a chance he also will be replaced.
