In another market rationalization, RDS is bringing to market a 30% or so share of its Ho Ho pipeline from Houston to New Orleans.  The direction was changed from refined product from the Gulf to Tx. crude to the Gulf.  So for a Billion USD you can have a percentage of the reverse flow of Ho Ho.  Critical observers can now state, with lttle doubt, the reality on the ground is HO HO !!
