Just checked institutional holders again on bloomberg. Even the OHIO Public Employees Retirement fund added in Q4 2013, 224,152 shares bringing total to 632,352 shares. No wonder we see a lot of odd lot trades in Nov and Dec because a number of insitutions were adding.
Instead of selling, OHIO added. We are talking about retirement/pension money here, wonder if they went to China also to do their DD before adding...wow...
