For two days, the thread will be visible at both forums (NQ and New stock ideas) to avoid confusion.

Below is the summary of what I found about this company:

1. Strong managment team.   Most of the mangement team members has edcuated in US and worked in US high-tech company for many years before founding and joining this co.    CEO, CTO, and two VPs has PhDs.   CEO is IEEE fellow.

2. LQW, the distributor in question, is clearly described in SEC document.

3. their DDR4 product is the first co that validated by Intel.  Intel is one of the investor for this co.

4. Their bank statements clearly show their cash position increases from quarter to quarter.

Anyone has done due-dilligence on this company that would like to share their findings?
