I'll go one step further for those that missed the hint. Once OSH-Pac Lng close some folks are going to have some money in their hands to invest, including Civelli who will have more than others. Trans posted a while back what happens if these folks decide to re-invest in IOC? If just 10% of 900M decide to do so, that is 1.5M shares at current pps approx. If 20% that's 3M shares and, well, do the math.
