Yea, I bolded the interesting stuff. The IOC stuff I can almost regurgitate by heart. Diminishing returns setting in on that one.
Take notice where they say the interest in OSH's untested Gulf assets.
The simple truth is, IOC has both the resources and prospects to match, if not surpass (probably the latter), OSH's, and they're more favourably located as well. Absolutely no reason to think that they wouldn't generate at least the same interest, and when in doubt, ask PRE..
