Its not rocket science Exxon is late on start up and they don't have enough NG when they do finally will get started it appears. I can't fully understand the new finds so they lately may have found enough NG. But looking back they needed more NG and they definitely are not on time.
Sounds like a violation for Duma to address and take away their licenses and give em to Shell!!Why not ???
