That is an area where I am confused. If they are referring to liquid gas this can be calculated to NG using calculations with pressure and temperature fairly easily. Why wouldn't this have been converted to tcf? Is this a reason for the lower tcf amount (the are not counting liquids)? Maybe I am far off but I would think NG is NG regardless of the form and should be calculated to apples to apples as such. Maybe one of our pet eng folks can shed some light for me.
