Agree TX, If the stock closes higher today, it blows the top out of the bottom formation obv wise. This should mark the beginning of a new uptrend in IOC. Imo, by my reasoning it would appear an imminent upside move is in the cards, of course, after the short element tries to cap it. Also very important, this makes IOC legitimate to buy for new holders, with a cash stash, balance sheet good, and lots of potential. IMO, the most value in the energy area now and new sponsorship can now buy it.....trans
