Big Surprise; The Street rates IOC as a "Sell"

Such a surprise that The Street comes out with a "Sell" on IOC.  Beginning of article is a little positive based on technicals, but the The Street's view at the end is it should be sold.  Guess we should sell.  Crap, thought we had a chance.  Sigh.........
