Cheetah Mobile IPO

Cheetah is a spin off from Kingsoft, whose owner also founded Xiaomi. So, the only new money here is Baidu. It is a nice strategic investor, but $20 mil is a drop in the bucket vs. the projected valuation. Cheetah is set to list on 5/8, given the current mkt. condition, I think it's very possible the IPO gets pulled, no way the stock prices at $12.5 the low end of its range, even $10 is a stretch.
