It seems to me that as long as the tune is right, Music Radar will work. I have tried singing some old English songs with heavy accent, e.g. Beatles, and some songs by Adele. Music Radar can correctly identify them. You guys can test some more.

The only thing its weak on, that i noticed, is english/american songs. But pan east asia, its pretty solid on picking up songs and artists.
