'Adding Giant Projects" slide#8 shows Elk Antelope without the '*subject to closing' note which was in their Y/E 2013 presentation.

E/A needs recertification but that is not an impedement for TOT as either way E/A is a giant project.  One may peek and note the real obstacles facingLibra and Yamal projects.  PNG = stability in the global spyglass.  This stock is now as boring as a dividend paying SM stock as pps takes the OSH trajectory and then some.
