If it produced results in 3 out of 3 occasions, that is 100% and if it happens this time, the 4th occasion, it will still be 100%. Neither example produce 75%.

Personally, if one can't/won't post information that can be evaluated and investigated, perhaps they should post nothing.

Loose numbers and loose information = little to nothing, IMHO.
