Putn, you misinterpreted at least some of what I posted.  I was talking strictly about PRL 15 and the agreement and project on that with Total.  I actually agree with you beyond that.  I have also been saying for some time that I think the most likely source of gas from IOC for PNG LNG expansion is discoveries outside of PRL 15.
