Are you afraid of the dark?
#12

The condescention and faulty assumptions aside, if you're not afraid of the dark then that's OK.  It seems only when sunlight arises its an issue.  I'll combine tw0 threads that seem to have irritated some.  If you  prefer after the fact explanations versus first hand thoughts then run with that.  Its not me, but the old crew  that's throwing the old crew under the bus on a major institutional roadshow.  So big deal, right?  Why worry about the past?  Investors look forward and that's what investor meetings are all about but when history is unsolicited and part of the introduction, well then the new story should change a bit, right?  Anyone that thinks the Total deal is the one former management brokered I think is not realistic or being misled.  Why would the former management turn down this deal for the highily contingent, exclusive, lower-pricd XOM deal? The fact that some still find this hard to believe prooves my point.  But alas, it is in the past.  What actually happened should not obsucre the present but it should inform us.  I like knowing what actually happened, not what we think happened.  That's the only time I bring it up is when the history is revised here and we end messages  with HO HO HO, like we were bought out at $300 per share.  I told SHU in March of 2013 I'd take $225 a share and was told I was crazy then.  My Selfie thread was not meant to be condescending but ironic, to make the point.  I was told I was wrong when I said earlier this year there would be no buy out.  You can't have it both ways - super majors salivating for you negative cost gas on the doorstep of asia and one of them, XOM, with no prosepects to fill future LNG trains and then not get bought out or at least not have your gas bought at more than $1 per mcf all in right out of the gate, like we all believed and were told.  I don't know why people get mad at that.  So I'll leave it on that note as its clear if you don't toe the "official" line here you're suspect by some(not meant at admin).  Its a great story going forward and lots of catalysts in the next 6-12 months.
