Though NQ started with strategic investment in Expai in early 2013, I think now NQ owns 100% of this company as I see job postings of this company on NQ hirings site. I guess NQ will mention about this acquisition in next earnings call.

They have 2 app on android platform, both related to image search technology. I checked their downloads on the App store and both have only hundreds downloads. So right now they are very small businesses
