While its always nice to read positive articles on IOC, I wouldn't get too excited about anything coming out of either Seeking Alpha or The Street.  Today its a positive article ... tomorrow its the opposite.  In the hierarchy of sources for this kind of information, I put Bernstein near the top and SA or The Street at or near the bottom.
