Interoil build will be 20,000 jobs to build and serve the build. PNG govt needs those jobs. Discussing financing with the Japanese, Each TCF yields $ 1 Billion

Thank you for all your notes.  What does "Each TCF yields $1 billion" mean exactly?  Is that value of the company?  Revnue from the plant?  Profit from the plant?  Please elaborate if you can.  Thanks.
