Yes, plenty of people demand instant gratification and when they get it they become sour and start to repeat the same messages. The answer to the question posed above is simple though. It's time frame. If you sit in front of a terminal, you measure success in minutes and days, while IOC's business development is measured in years. Focusing too much on the first can cause one to lose sight on the latter...
