This article by Treasure Hunter summarized InterOil's situation and why IOC has been, and still is, GROSSLY UNDERVALUED.
At some point, the undervaluation gap will close, but it is virtually impossible to predict when that will happen. That would require us to predict at what point the rumored sideline money awaiting confirmation of IOC's plan viability and/or the shorts will make their appropriate moves.
