For what it's worth, and despite being off-putting to some, Nolan has been more right than anybody else with regard to PPS predictions. At least lately, we have in fact "always been going lower". Based on the track record of PPS after what I keep being told has been "good news" over the last year or so, I don't think it's unreasonable to believe that a buyout is the only thing that will bring large PPS appreciation...at least until it becomes crsytal clear that a new plant is being built. Saying so...and still holding (while hoping for the buyout) aren't necesdsarily contradictory positions. In fact, it's pretty much what I'm doing.
