It has been mentioned that they had to rush things to secure the licenses. Also, they have always drilled one hole at a time, now they drilled three at a time on new terrain, with new equipment and crew.
It looks like they chew off more than they could bite, but until we really know what happened, it's too soon for firm conclusions.
