Richard Chandler just filed 13G; owns more than 5% of IOC
#18
What I'm driving at, is it seems that if you wanted to protect IOC in the present political situation, a consortium of world class players absorb IOC, in some way into the consortium (with iOC getting some per cent of the overall consortium), then the consortium could accelerate development, IOC get a wad of bucks, and perpetual ownership of the project, along with major partners. This would seem highly desirable to PNG also, and accelerate development of those resources. Of course, this would make IOC a win, win. I smell maybe more deal making in the months ahead that finally benefit IOC and all concerned. Okay, the rambling is over....
