Shorts are on the offer all day again today they started yesterday at 11:21 est. With the 3.5 million sold in 15 minutes and absolutely no regard for price. Designed to take out stops and stall the momentum created by the move from $6.50 to $9.80. and I would bet anything that when we see Short interest it's back up over 16 million+++
This cover and re-short is standard procedure to dollar cost average the short higher and make new buyers skittish.
The solution for those willing and those who believe 20-f is coming is DO NOT PAY UP for any stock! Wait for the short designed sell off and buy.
