1} there is no one stopping them. The institutions will not buy before 20-f and shorts know that.
2} After 20-f they still have control until 1qtr 2qtr 3qtr comes. There may be some buying but the last time it went to $25, it was big buyers taking stock from small sellers, shorts were up side down until the MW attack. I don't think there was anything coincidental about the MW attack anyone around then knew there was a huge short position out there and we all saw a report similar to the MW attack that j capital wrote but no-one paid any attention to it. So the solution was to recruit Carson Block.
