Sounds to me like he's saying the government wants "the second LNG project" built with three trains from "gas fields in Gulf", and hopes to also have enough gas from the Gulf for "possible" further PNG LNG project expansion, power generation, and petrochemical feedstock. Wow, what a great idea! Ha! Keep him away from Bonk.
