Agree; And Wapu is no slouch. He's a former drilling engineer for OSH and now is Managing Director for NPCP, which is the 3rd largest shareholder of PNG LNG behind only XOM and OSH. Also they've been a major force behind the deal with PNG LNG to provide NG for power generation. The government as an owner in OSH and NPCP as a large owner of PNG LNG will push hard to get things to work for PNG as a nation.
