Exactly, they are an egregious bunch of turds. "We know you want a large buyback, and we know you want it now, like we promised, instead we are going to waste a few more months with a questionable decision and stick it to shareholders."
They really are shameful, I thought i disliked Carson Block, and I still think he was wrong, but this management team and new board is filled with hypocracy and stupidity.

Whoever is making these ludicrous decisions, and not seeing beforehand that this would be problematic is clearly not thinking clearly or remotely aware of shareholder sentiment, and perception.
I call on everyone who has skin in the game to inundate this useless management team with your thoughts, in particular if you agree that a buyback is more appropriate than this spin-off at this time.
Before a spin-off should have taken place especially since they didn't really speak with shareholders for so long, a buyback was in order and expected.
