Many small cap oil and gas companies have been clobbered. Just two examples are Seadrill from 40 to 10. US Silica from 42 to 24. However, they didn;t sign a transformational deal just over a year ago that would supposedly send the stock well above triple digits. We are trading at levels most recently seen at the end of April 2009 and as far back as July of 2005. yes 2005. It's a miserable performance by the CEO. Miserable.
