I believe that if he does do anything further with shares he will have to report it. The report he filed is under an exemption as an investment advisor (Soros Fund Management for Quantum) and to "use" this exemption it appears he will have to continue to report his holdings in IOC. And it appears he has to report certain changes in holdings with 10 days.

My guess is that at this point the portfolio has been rebalanced and he will continue to hold shares for a while.
