Let industry regulate itself

While I generally agree with this article the immediately preceding post's article suggesting fluoride belongs in a group with organophosphates clearly demonstrates ignorance and sensationalism can be found on both ends of the environmental spectrum.

Perhaps if individuals within corporations were legally culpable for corporate willful neglect or malfeasance we'd see fewer of these issues. It has always seemed to me very wrong to fine and otherwise penalize shareholders while letting corporate executives skate free when corporate wrongdoing has been judged.
