But bashers have said that Tri really doesn't hold that much. How can Total and OSH be so stupid AGAIN?!!!

Basher's are one thing.  Longs here on BPU that argue the resources soutside PR15 are 'value-less' will be gob-smacked when TOT, OSH, Woodie or some other offer real $ for that stake.  How will that be explained??

Question is: Will IOC play the pre-emptive right card and gobble that stake back up?
